Joel's expertise is underpinned by his comprehensive qualifications, holding an HVAC Master's License across Maryland, DC, and Virginia, alongside a Plumbing Master's License in Virginia. His technical acumen goes beyond his certifications, as Joel possesses an innate ability to leverage his knowledge for operational excellence and sales innovation.

Bret Nielsen's passion for the HVAC trade was ignited during his high school years.  After graduation, he ventured to Las Vegas, where he fully immersed himself in the realm of commercial refrigeration. In this demanding environment, he honed his technical skills, gaining valuable hands-on experience and deepening his understanding of advanced refrigeration systems. Upon returning to Maryland, Bret's career path led him to work on a diverse range of commercial HVAC equipment, developing a comprehensive understanding of complex HVAC systems.

With a 19-year career in the HVAC industry, Bret has spent 16 years working hands-on in the field, mastering the intricacies of complex commercial systems. For the past three years, he has transitioned into management, where he has overseen service operations, led teams of technicians, and regularly conducted technician development classes. During this time, he earned his Maryland HVAC Master's License, further demonstrating his dedication and expertise.

Bret's extensive experience has been instrumental in the growth and development of his team members. Now, he is taking his wealth of knowledge and passion to chart a new path, continuing his journey of growth and leadership in the ever-evolving world of HVAC.

Tom Acciavatti, a sales professional from Philadelphia, brings a robust work ethic and a passion for fostering meaningful connections in the HVAC realm. Growing up in a construction-centric environment that emphasized the value of hard work, Tom seamlessly transitioned his expertise from the construction industry to the hospitality sector, and ultimately to HVAC.

Intrigued by these conversations, Fu chose to delve further into the HVAC domain, marking the beginning of his immersion into the industry.
